SEOPress migration reads post meta directly and also imports SEOPress redirect targets into the SEO Forge redirects table.

Use the built-in admin tool at SEO Forge > Migration when possible
The migration tool detects installed plugins automatically
Choose “Skip existing” to avoid overwriting SEO Forge data you have already customized
After migration, re-analyze all posts to update scores
Deactivate the old SEO plugin only after verifying the migration was successful
